*About the Role*
We are seeking a *Pediatric Speech Therapist* to join our early intervention team, providing home-based care to infants from birth to three. This is an hourly, highly flexible position, with the option to build to a full-time caseload.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide speech and language therapy services to infants and toddlers from birth to three, aligned with IFSP goals
* Address communication, language, speech sound development, feeding, and early social communication as appropriate
* Use play-based, routine-based, and family-centered intervention approaches
* Coach parents and caregivers to embed communication strategies into everyday routines
* Monitor progress through observation, caregiver input, and required documentation
* Collaborate with service coordinators and interdisciplinary team members including OT, PT, and IDS
* Participate in IFSP meetings, progress reporting, and transition planning as needed
*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
* Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families in early intervention or pediatric settings preferred
* Knowledge of early childhood development and the IFSP process
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and interdisciplinary teams
* Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Familiarity with healthcare privacy regulations and ethical standards
* Valid driver’s license
