Sheltering Arms Institute is seeking a full-time *Physical Therapist Float *to join the inpatient team. The Physical Therapist provides quality, comprehensive, patient-centered physical therapy services including patient examination (ages 12+), development and administration of a treatment plan, documentation and communication with team members, and clinical direction and supervision to licensed/non-licensed personnel. Instructs therapy support staff, students, other team members, and patient and/or caregivers. May rotate through clinical areas.
*Qualifications and Skills*
* Experience/expertise in inpatient rehabilitation
*Education/Certifications*
* Graduate of an accredited physical therapy educational program required.
* Virginia licensure to practice or eligibility and application for licensure by the Physical Therapy Board of the Virginia State Board of Health Professions required.
* Healthcare professionals CPR certification required.
* Doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy programs and/or specialty practice certification preferred.

* $38.00 - $56.00 per hour
