Looking for a Hygiene Position Where Quality Comes First?
*Complete Dental Staffing* is recruiting a *Registered Dental Hygienist* for a welcoming, patient-focused private practice in *Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494*.
If you enjoy being a hygienist but don't enjoy feeling rushed from one patient to the next, this may be exactly the kind of practice you've been looking for.
This single-doctor office believes excellent dentistry takes time. The goal is simple: give hygienists the *time, support, equipment, and clinical autonomy* they need to provide thorough care and build genuine relationships with their patients.
Compensation & Benefits
*$38–$55/hour, based on experience*
Benefits include:
* Medical and dental insurance
* 401(k)
* Paid time off and sick leave
* Continuing education allowance
* Christmas bonus
* Scrub jackets provided
Mostly 4-Day Workweek
*Approximately 32 hours per week*
*Monday–Thursday:* 7:20 AM–5:30 PM
Patient care is generally scheduled from *8:00 AM–5:00 PM*.
*Occasional Friday:* 7:20 AM–2:30 PM
Friday needs are occasional and are expected to decrease as the practice becomes fully staffed.
A Hygiene Department Built Around Patient Care
This is *not an accelerated, race-the-clock hygiene environment*.
The practice wants its hygienists to have appropriate time to provide comprehensive care, document findings, identify and treat periodontal disease, educate patients, and develop long-term patient relationships.
You'll have access to:
* New chairs and instruments
* Built-in Cavitron
* Professional instrument sharpening every two weeks
* Perio laser
* *Laser training and certification available*
* Daily hygiene assistance
* Appropriate procedure time
* Clinical autonomy
* Open Dental software
* A supportive, growth-minded team
The practice is building toward a strong *two-hygienist team while maintaining a patient-focused schedule.*

Experience is welcome, but it isn't everything.
The practice is open to mentoring a *new graduate* who is dependable, eager to learn, and passionate about providing excellent patient care.
An experienced hygienist who regularly works with the practice can also provide additional mentorship and support as you grow in your role.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
* Preventive hygiene care
* Periodontal assessment and treatment
* Scaling and root planing (SRP)
* Pano, BWX, FMX and PA radiographs
* Local anesthesia
* Patient education
* Thorough clinical documentation
* Sterilization support as needed
We're Looking for an RDH Who:
* Holds an active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
* Is comfortable administering local anesthesia
* Is dependable and team-oriented
* Takes pride in providing thorough patient care
* Values proper periodontal diagnosis and treatment
* Enjoys building relationships with patients
* Wants to work in an environment where *quality comes before speed*
