Wahiawa Health has an exciting opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician !

Our community health center is just a few miles away from pristine beaches and Haleiwa town, which is a social and artistic hub. The right candidate will have a passion for providing services to patients and will enjoy working closely with other healthcare professionals in the FQHC setting. We also participate in the NHSC loan repayment program.

Family Medicine Physician will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing and providing both pediatric and adult patients with culturally appropriate and quality healthcare services that meet national standards of care.

*REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS*

*Education:* Medical Degree (MD, DO)

Family Practice Residency

Familiar with Electronic Health Records (EHR)

*Licensure/Certification*:

Hawaii Medical License, DEA Certificate *BLS certified * Board certified or Board eligible within three year of residency training is preferred

Employees are responsible for maintaining individual certifications as required by job function or by law and provide Verification and recertification when requested by management.
