*What You'll Do*

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work closely with the supervising Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, function and quality of life.

*Responsibilities include:*

* Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist

* Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions

* Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT

* Educate and support patients and families

* Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

* Collaborate with nursing staff and other members of the healthcare team

* Assist with therapy programs and department activities

*Qualifications*

* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

* Minnesota PTA license or eligibility for licensure

*New graduate PTAs are welcome and encouraged to apply.*
