*Position Summary*
We're seeking a *Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist* to join our outstanding clinical team *3–4 days per week*.
As an RDH at Ambler Dental Care, you'll be a trusted healthcare provider who helps patients improve not only their oral health, but their overall well-being. You'll have the autonomy to practice your clinical skills, educate patients, and build long-term relationships in a collaborative environment where your voice matters.
*What You'll DoProvide Exceptional Clinical Care*
* Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including preventive and periodontal therapy
* Assess, diagnose, and treat periodontal conditions
* Obtain and evaluate diagnostic radiographs
* Complete thorough periodontal charting and clinical assessments
* Maintain accurate, detailed patient records
* Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
*Educate & Empower Patients*
* Build meaningful relationships with patients
* Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
* Help patients understand recommended treatment and the importance of maintaining their oral health
* Support doctors in presenting comprehensive treatment plans
*Collaborate with an Exceptional Team*
* Partner closely with doctors and clinical team members to deliver outstanding care
* Maintain an organized, efficient clinical environment
* Contribute to a positive, supportive workplace culture
* Participate in daily team success and continuous improvement
*Schedule*
Enjoy a flexible schedule that supports both your career and your life outside the office.
* *Monday:* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* *Tuesday:* 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
* *Wednesday:* 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* *Thursday:* 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
* *Every Other Friday:* 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
*Work just 3–4 days each week while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.*
*What We're Looking For*
* Active Pennsylvania Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
* 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
* Passion for patient-centered care and clinical excellence
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong organizational and documentation abilities
* Team player with a positive, growth-oriented attitude
* Experience with Open Dental is a plus
