*What You'll Do*

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

* Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy practices.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
* Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care.
* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
* Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
* Collaborate with other therapists and clinic team members to provide an exceptional patient experience.
* Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, coworkers, and other healthcare professionals.
* Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic environment.
* Continue developing your clinical skills through continuing education and mentorship.

*What We're Looking For*

* Current *Nevada Physical Therapist license* or eligibility for Nevada licensure.
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
* Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
* Ability to build positive relationships with patients and coworkers.
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Someone who is motivated to grow professionally and personally.
* Someone who enjoys having fun and contributing to a positive workplace culture!
