RehabVisions is seeking a *Physical Therapist* for a flexible PRN, part-time or full-time opportunity in *Genoa, Nebraska.*

This hospital-based position offers a varied caseload consisting of approximately:

* 70% outpatient care

* 30% inpatient care

You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while working within a supportive, collaborative healthcare team. Experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

*Compensation and Career Bonus*

* $38–$55 per hour, depending on experience

* Up to $12,000 in additional financial benefits during your first three years

*Physical Therapist Responsibilities*

* Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care

* Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments

* Serve patients in outpatient and inpatient settings

* Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

* Communicate with patients, families, physicians and other members of the care team

* Collaborate with hospital staff and fellow rehabilitation professionals

* Assist with the development and growth of therapy programs

* Provide educational in-services when appropriate

* Support the efficient daily operation of the rehabilitation department

*Physical Therapist Qualifications*

* Bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy required

* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

* Current Nebraska Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure

* Strong communication, clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
