* Evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy treatment programs

* Deliver evidence-based care for patients of all ages

* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

* Participate in program development, marketing, and departmental growth

* Present in-services and assist with staff development

*Requirements*

* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)

* Graduate of an accredited PT program

* Current or eligible *Oklahoma PT license*
