We're looking for a compassionate RN to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to residents in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care while becoming an important part of a close-knit team dedicated to helping every resident live with dignity, comfort, and the highest quality of life.
As an RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care, supervising and supporting CNAs, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet each resident's unique needs. Responsibilities include:
* Completing resident assessments and monitoring changes in condition
* Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders
* Collaborating with providers, therapy, and the interdisciplinary team
* Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants
* Responding to changes in resident condition and emergencies
* Maintaining accurate documentation
* Building trusting relationships with residents and families
* Helping create a positive, resident-centered environment
What We're Looking For
* Current Oregon RN license
* CPR certification
* Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
* New graduates are welcome to apply
* Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork
* A compassionate, dependable, resident-first attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour
