*Beaming Kids ABA *is seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our growing team! We provide high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and developmental delays. At Beaming Kids, we are on a journey to empower clients and families through compassionate and evidence-based care. *Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities and Duties*
Below you will find some characteristics of the activities required
* Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments.
* Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
* Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Therapists.
* Monitor client progress through data analysis and program adjustments.
* Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization.
* Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Complete clinical documentation
*Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
* Current BCBA certification (in good standing) with 2+ years operating as a BCBA preferred.
* Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligibility to obtain licensure as required by state law prior to providing billable services.
* Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism is preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team
* Experience with assessment tools required.
* Must have reliable transportation, including the ability to travel to assigned client residences as required.
* A valid driver’s license may be required depending on client assignment. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable law.
