What You'll Do

As an LPN at Bennett Hills, you'll play a key role in providing high-quality nursing care and enhancing the lives of residents by:

* Assessing and monitoring resident conditions
* Administering medications and treatments as ordered
* Providing skilled nursing care with compassion and professionalism
* Collaborating with physicians, RNs, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
* Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
* Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
* Supporting and mentoring nursing assistants to ensure excellent resident care
* Promoting resident safety, dignity, and quality of life

*Qualifications*

Required

* Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

Preferred

* Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care
