Rehab 1st is looking for a compassionate, motivated *Occupational Therapist* to join our growing outpatient therapy team in Western Maryland.

*About the Position*

As an Occupational Therapist with Rehab 1st, you will work directly with patients to evaluate their needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions designed to improve function and quality of life. This is a great opportunity for an OT who enjoys building relationships with patients and being part of a collaborative outpatient therapy team.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's needs and goals
* Provide treatment and therapeutic interventions to assist patients in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living
* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
* Educate patients and families on treatment goals, home programs, and strategies to support continued progress
* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide

*What We're Looking For:*

* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
* Current or eligible Maryland Occupational Therapist license
* A patient-focused approach and commitment to providing excellent care
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a therapy team
* Outpatient experience is preferred, but we welcome qualified candidates who are excited to grow in the outpatient setting
