PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist who knows they provide great care and wants the opportunity to run a clinic and bring with them their own vibe and personal touch. We have an awesome group of current Clinic Directors with energy, enthusiasm, and passion with the mission of providing quality care in a fun and relaxed environment. We are advocates of physical therapy and want each and everyone of our team to grow both professionally and personally. The outpatient physical therapy field is changing rapidly. We are not a clinic that sees 3-4 patients an hour. Our goal for our therapists is 1.5 patients/hr and to provide true quality care for everyone coming through our doors. Pay is competitive, but realistic, for private outpatient clinics. We will pay you as much as we can while providing a balance of quality care, a fun work culture, enough for the business to survive and for you to be happy. Requirements/Qualifications:

CA state physical therapist license in good standing

Orthopedic experience with good manual skills

Great work ethic

Passion for helping others

Good communication and leadership skills
