We are a high-demand, fast-growing pediatric program integrating speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA, and a private school—all on one collaborative setting.

*What You’ll Do*
* Provide *1:1 speech and feeding therapy* (hour-long sessions)
* Treat a pediatric population with a strong focus on *autism spectrum disorders*
* Collaborate with *BCBAs, RBTs, OTs, teachers, and families*
* Maintain a *full, consistent caseload (pretty much guaranteed hours)*
* Deliver high-quality, ethical, and effective care
*Requirements*
* Active Florida SLP license
* Minimum 30 hours/week availability
* Pediatric experience required
* Ability to manage a fast-paced, full caseload
* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
*Preferred*
* Feeding therapy experience
* AAC Experience
* Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and multidisciplinary collaboration
*Professional Expectations*

* Strong documentation and time management
* Adherence to the ASHA Code of Ethics
* Professional, respectful communication with staff and families
