Our established and busy *interventional pain management practice* is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated *Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)* to join our team in Athens, Tennessee.

Responsibilities
* Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients in an outpatient interventional pain management setting.
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Order, interpret, and review appropriate diagnostic testing.
* Prescribe medications and therapies within the scope of practice.
* Educate patients regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
* Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
* Efficiently manage a daily patient schedule while delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
* Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
Qualifications
* Master's Degree from an accredited *Nurse Practitioner* or *Physician Assistant* program.
* Current Tennessee NP or PA license (or ability to obtain licensure).
* Minimum of *2 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience* required.
* Previous experience in *pain management, orthopedics, physical medicine & rehabilitation (PM&R), neurology, primary care, emergency medicine, or urgent care* is preferred but not required.
* Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
