*We are searching for a qualified SLP who is interested in working in a pediatric clinic setting and school setting Full Time. Feeding Therapy experience a plus.*

*Our current hours are Mon-Thurs 8:00 - 6:00PM and Fridays 8:00AM to 5:00PM.*

*Requirements:*

*-Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology*

*-Hold a valid SLP license in the state of Arizona*

*-Hold a current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card*

*-Hold current CPR certification*

*-Maintain Continuing Education requirements, as per AzDHS (http://azdhs.gov/licensing/special/index.php#speech-hearing-continuing-education)*

*General job description:*

*-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a variety of speech-language disorders*

*-Administer and interpret evaluations*

*-Complete quarterly progress reports, as needed*

*-Collaborate closely with children, families, and other therapy professionals*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
