* 60 minute hygiene appointments
* No waiting for hygiene checks (Doctor interrupts for the check)
* Great respect and excellent working relationship between Doctor and Hygienist
* ALL FRIDAYS OFF!
* Amazing work/life balance
* Biannual Bonuses
* Yearly employee reviews
* Doctor treatment plans and prepares for the day's patients in advance
* Doctors, front desk, and back office are extremely organized
* No guesswork in what the Doctor expects
* No corporate ownership or influence
* Doctor's family members are not employed at the office
* Up-to-date technology
We are ideally seeking a Full-Time candidate but would consider Part-Time or Temp. We are an individually owned, patient-centered office that has no corporate influence. We are well-organized, have up to date technology and take pride in caring for our outstanding patients. “Teamwork makes the dream work!” That’s our motto here at Smith & Hascall Family Dentistry and we have the team to make it happen. Our office offers competitive wages, 401K with employer match AND profit sharing(!), health insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, and bi-annual bonuses.
