What you'll do

* Deliver exceptional patient experiences through thorough cleanings, periodontal assessments, and oral cancer screenings
* Take time to educate every patient on their oral health, treatment options, and long-term prevention strategies
* Take and review digital X-rays and chart periodontal conditions with precision
* Collaborate closely with our doctor and dental assistants on personalized patient treatment plans
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a clean, OSHA-compliant environment

What we're looking for

* Active NJ Dental Hygienist license (required)
* Current CPR / BLS certification
* A genuine passion for patient education and elevating the care experience
* Experience with dental software a plus
* Team player who thrives in a collaborative, growing environment

Pay: $49.00 - $53.00 per hour
