*Position responsibilities:*

* Manage a small caseload of 7-10 clients with amazing families in a clinical setting
* Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
* Establish and monitor treatment plans of clients
* Collaborate with a team of highly qualified BCBAs
* Supervise & train RBTs
* Meet with and conduct parent/caregiver trainings

*Behavior Analysts:*

* *Must* have a Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA), or psychology or special education with ABA Certification
* *Must* be board certified (BCBA). One to two years of supervisory experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
