As a Registered Nurse, you’ll use strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and hands-on skills to assess, coordinate, and deliver patient care in a dynamic emergency setting. You’ll supervise care delivery, collaborate with providers, and ensure patients and families receive clear education and support throughout their visit.
This is a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where no two days are the same, and your ability to think quickly and act confidently directly impacts patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Provide direct nursing care to emergency and urgent care patients
Assess patient conditions and prioritize care needs in a fast-paced setting
Coordinate and supervise patient care delivery across the team
Support physicians and providers during evaluations and treatments
Educate patients and families on care plans, conditions, and discharge instructions
Apply strong clinical judgment in both low- and high-acuity situations
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient care
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or compact state
Minimum of 2 years Emergency Department (ED) experience
Lynch Road Campus, Part-Time, 24 hours/week Evening shift 11:00a - 11:30p. 2 out of 6 weekends
