*The Physical Therapy Work You Will Perform*

As a Physical Therapist at AES Therapy and Fitness, you will evaluate each patient’s movement, function, safety, and physical abilities.

You will use those findings to create individualized treatment plans that help patients make measurable progress toward meaningful goals.

Your Physical Therapy responsibilities will include:

* Performing comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations.
* Assessing strength, mobility, balance, gait, pain, function, and fall risk.
* Interpreting clinical findings and identifying functional limitations.
* Developing individualized and goal-driven plans of care.
* Establishing clear, measurable, and meaningful Physical Therapy goals.
* Providing evidence-informed Physical Therapy with compassion and clinical intention.
* Delivering therapeutic exercise, functional training, mobility interventions, balance training, gait training, and patient education.
* Progressing treatment plans based on patient presentation and response to care.
* Helping patients improve their ability to complete daily activities safely and independently.
* Educating patients and family members on mobility, safety, exercise, function, and long-term wellness.
* Tracking patient progress and adjusting plans of care when appropriate.
