Physical Therapist Assistant | Outpatient Orthopedics & Sports | PT-Owned Practice | Westford
Looking for an outpatient orthopedic position in a supportive, PT-owned environment where quality patient care comes first?
Pro Sports Therapy is a long-established outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine practice with locations in Waltham and Westford, Massachusetts. We emphasize teamwork, hands-on care, reasonable patient schedules, and efficient documentation so clinicians can focus on treating patients rather than staying late to complete documentation.

We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Westford team.
Position Overview
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced Physical Therapists to provide individualized treatment programs for orthopedic, sports medicine, spine, and post-operative patients. You’ll play an important role in helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Outpatient orthopedic experience is strongly preferred. We are seeking a PTA who is comfortable treating a variety of orthopedic and sports medicine conditions in a busy private practice setting.
What You’ll Do
* Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
* Provide therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual therapy techniques, and patient education
* Monitor patient progress and communicate findings with supervising therapists
* Maintain accurate documentation using Prompt EMR with AI-assisted documentation
* Help create an outstanding patient experience through compassionate, individualized care
Qualifications
* Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license (required)
* Previous outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine
* Positive attitude and desire to work as part of a collaborative clinical team
