Registered Nurse required: RMN/RGN/RLD for a day post or night shift covering holidays and emergency's for our 30 bedded nursing home. Must have sound knowledge CQC regulations, care planning and administration of medication. Preferred experience of working in a care home setting. We look for the nurse to lead and support our trained care staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents with range of physical and mental health needs. Dementia awareness is essential and a sound knowledge of the NMC Guidelines. Liase with health and social care professionals involved in the wellbeing of individual residents to maintain a holistic approach to their care. As well as family members.
