Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional one-on-one outpatient orthopedic care.
* Build lasting relationships with patients, physicians, and the local community.
* Help establish Concierge PT as Naples' premier outpatient orthopedic practice.
* Mentor future clinicians and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
* Participate in business development and community outreach initiatives.
* Maintain excellent documentation and clinical outcomes.
* Help shape processes, workflows, and the patient experience as the clinic grows.
Qualifications
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
* Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
* Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but exceptional candidates with a strong entrepreneurial mindset are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A growth mindset and desire to help build something meaningful.
