*What You’ll Do*
* Evaluate and treat clients across developmental areas
* Develop individualized, neurodiverse affirming evidence-based treatment plans
* Partner closely with families to support carryover at home
* Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and team members
* Maintain timely, ethical, and compliant documentation
* Contribute to a positive, communicative team culture

*Minimum Education & Licensure Requirements*
* Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (if obtained prior to 2007), OR
* Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Colorado Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility)
* Pediatric experience preferred
* New grads with strong fieldwork experience welcome
*Position Details*
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (_Fridays off)_
Job Type: Full-time preferred; part-time availability considered
