Responsibilities

* Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing as needed
* Take digital radiographs
* Conduct oral health assessments and document findings
* Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
* Assist the dentist in identifying and documenting treatment needs
* Maintain accurate patient records using electronic dental software
* Follow OSHA and CDC infection control and sterilization protocols
* Deliver outstanding patient care with a friendly, compassionate approach

Qualifications

* Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Massachusetts
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
* Positive attitude and team-first mindset
* New graduates are encouraged to apply
