* 12 patients per day
* 40 minutes one-on-one focused care (not tech-run treatments)
* Occasional light overlap for flow — not high-volume scheduling
* You leave on time most days
We treat orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health conditions — but the real focus is individualized care, not throughput.

*About Rebound*
Rebound is therapist-owned and operated.
Clinical decisions are made in the clinic — not by a spreadsheet or regional manager.
We treat the whole person, not just the injury, and we intentionally keep our environment supportive and low-pressure so therapists can do their best work.
*Responsibilities*
* Evaluate and treat patients using individualized plans of care
* Reassess progress and adjust treatments
* Collaborate with fellow clinicians whenever desired
* Help patients return to meaningful activities (sports, lifting, parenting, life)
*Requirements*
* Massachusetts licensed Physical Therapist
* Solid clinical reasoning
* Interest in ortho, sports, or pelvic health
(*New grads welcome* — structured mentorship provided)
*Compensation & Benefits*
*Salary:* $85,000 – $105,000
