*Key Responsibilities*

* *Clinical Oversight:* Coordinate and deliver high-level nursing care, ensuring all treatments and medications align with the resident’s individualized care plan.
* *Team Leadership:* Supervise and mentor the nursing staff on your unit, fostering a culture of mutual respect, open communication, and shared goals.
* *Holistic Assessment:* Conduct comprehensive physical and psycho-social assessments to ensure residents reach their highest practicable level of well-being.
* *Family Liaison:* Act as a primary point of contact for families and physicians, providing compassionate updates and advocating for the resident’s expressed wishes.
* *Quality Excellence:* Ensure all nursing practices meet or exceed state and federal regulations while maintaining our warm, community-focused environment.

*Qualifications*

* *Licensure:* Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin.
* *Expertise:* Strong clinical assessment skills and a deep understanding of geriatric care.
