Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-orientedLeadFood ServiceWorkerto lead daily kitchen and dining operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food service, committed tohigh standards, and capable of inspiring a team to deliverexceptional, resident-focused service. This role is perfect for a strong leader who values fresh food, a respectful team environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food and record temperatures of finished product to HACCP standards, andmaintainingproper HACCP logs on shift

  • Making patient safety top priority 

  • Accommodating patientsin regards tospecial diets

  • Keep work areas clean, sanitized, and orderly

  • Proper dishwashing

  • Proper dating and labeling of open food products

  • Bea team player

  • Keep all areas of kitchen clean

  • Communicate with the chef

  • Make safety a priority

  • Show up in proper uniform

  • Assistworkers/chef with daily tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previousexperience in food service supervision or managementpreferred

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafecertification preferredbut notrequired)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment

  • A passion forfresh food, hospitality, and dignified service

  • Communicate well with staff, supervisors, and managers.

Pay Range:17.25-25.00

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
