Compensation for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

Salary - starting at $76,000 - $100,000 per year
Unlimited earning potential
$80/hour for any hours billed over monthly billing requirement
Mileage, supplies, and cell phone reimbursement

Education, Experience & Other Requirements of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); Students who have completed coursework and supervision for BCBA are strongly encouraged to apply.
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia or BCBA with a goal of obtaining LBA in Virginia
Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years licensed driving history and good driving record

Preferred:

1 year supervisory experience
