*Position Summary:*

Perform MRI duties in compliance with office and legal requirements. Help patients feel comfortable during the entire process. These duties are assigned in relation to technologist’s training and respective state laws governing such actions and activities.

*Position Accountabilities:*

* Produce high-quality images for interpretation by physicians that meet the standards established by Mid Rogue Imaging Center.
* Requires competence, as determined by competency assessments, in a variety of imaging equipment and technology.
* Ensures high level of service to patients through proper communication, technique, and safety guidelines.
* Practices proper safety guidelines for themselves, support personnel, and patients.
* Fosters teamwork through effective communication.
* Comply with all federal/state regulations (compliance timeframes, HIPPA, etc)
* Perform other functional duties as assigned to assure efficient and optimal patient care.

*Minimum Job Qualifications:*

* ARRT certified in MRI
* Or ARMRIT
* Current License in Oregon
* Must maintain continuing education requirements as state licensing boards require
* Proficient with PCs and ability to utilize various software programs including PACs.
* Organized, efficient, multifunctional and ability to work independently.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate effective communication.
* Ability to work varied hours, and schedules include days, evenings, and weekends.

Pay: $40.00 - $49.00 per hour
