*The Role*
We are seeking a passionate, evidence-based Physical Therapist who loves working with a motivated patient base aiming for high-level return-to-sport or return-to-activity. You will have the opportunity to work directly with surgeons to tailor protocols to the individual.

*Key Responsibilities*

* *High-Level Patient Care:* Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for acute/chronic orthopaedic, post-surgical, and sports injuries.
* *Surgeon Collaboration:* Actively communicate with surgeons on rehabilitation progress, findings, and protocol modifications to ensure seamless patient care.
* *Manual Therapy & Exercise:* Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques combined with functional exercise, blood flow restriction (BFR), and performance-based training.
* *Technological Integration:* Utilize WebPT and Modernizing Medicine for our EMR
* *Patient Education:* Educate patients on pain management alternatives to medication and the importance of active rehab.

*Requirements*

* Masters/Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
* Active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist.
* Strong desire to work in an active, fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting.
* New grads with strong outpatient orthopaedic clinical affiliations are encouraged to apply.

Other Requirements: Current VA physical therapist license. Current CPR Certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,500.00 per year
