Responsibilities

* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care focused on achieving meaningful patient outcomes.
* Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and home exercise program.
* Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, Front Desk Ambassadors, and fellow clinicians to provide an exceptional patient experience.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our EMR.
* Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative, patient-first culture.

Qualifications

* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. (New Grads welcome to apply)
* Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
* Passion for outpatient orthopedic care and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
