East Central Oklahoma Family Health Center (ECO Health) is a Community Health Center looking for a Family Practice APRN to meet the growing need of a rural community in Oklahoma.

The APRN is an integral member of the interdisciplinary health team of ECO Health. The APRN provides care as deemed necessary and acts as a resource to nursing and allied health personnel.

The Henryetta site is a new state-of-the-art building with integrated services including medical and behavioral health. ECO Health provides care to patients Monday through Friday with extended hours on Thursday. ECO Health utilizes fully implemented electronic medical records, digital x-rays and a CLIA waived laboratory.
