Key Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions focused on functional outcomes.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to set goals and implement innovative programs.
Supervise and mentor assistants, aides, and students to ensure excellence in care.
Maintain meticulous documentation and stay ahead with continuing education and clinical skills.
What We Are Looking For
Education: Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy curriculum.
License: Current, active, and unencumbered state licensure with CPR certification.
Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and a professional presentation.
Experience: Long-term care experience preferred; must be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Physical Readiness: Ability to meet the physical demands of resident care, including lifting and intermittent movement.
