What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you will:
Conduct functional and behavioral assessments
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and developing clinicians
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency of care
Partner with families to support meaningful progress and skill development
Maintain compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in a related field
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
